Japanese television never fails to entertain. It is like one extended infomercial, except everyone is as crazy as the Shamwow guy, all the time.
In the clip below, famed Japanese comedian Hiroshi Fujioka sits in a bath with a dissolving freshener shaped like a turd. Apparently the turd retails for around $3.30 USD, and would make a fairly decent gag gift for someone with a fecal phobia. The obvious shameless prank would be to drop it in a public swimming pool or in the tub while your mom’s taking a bath (but then you’d see her scream and run out naked, so it’s your call). Enjoy:
Notice how Japanese comedians get away with extending vowels and words like “ugghhh” until you can’t help but laugh. The equivalent in US comedy would be the ‘wassup’ Budweiser commercials, but that laugh was very shortlived.
